So, due to the $8,000.00 tax credit my husband & I decided that we should jump into the wonderful world of home owning! We haven't been looking for very long at all when we found the place perfect for us. We had been doing some research online & driving around to different neighborhoods to see where we would even like to live. We narrowed it down to 2 choices but didn't want to be narrow in our thinking. So this past Sunday we saw that there were a bunch of open houses, so I asked him if he wanted to go, and he said yes. We didn't even have a realtor at this point! So we started with the least of our choices 1st & then went to our favorite. The others were nice, they were...and every affordable...we really could have made any of them work well. So we decided to make a list of 3 areas, 5 different things in each category.
1. Must haves
2. Would be nice
3. Dreams
And we found all 15 things at Braxton Park! So we decided to jump on it & after some negotiating we settled!!!! We close on Sept. 25th & can move in on the 26!! We are so excited to be in our new home!!! We are so grateful that the Lord not only gave us the things on our list, but he gave us ALL of them! This is our dream home & we are so excited. I pray our house would be a place is a light to people & a safe place where people can come & stay & feel the love of the Lord!
